Palmer Park, midday

One of my favorite places in Colorado is Palmer Park. Located in Colorado Springs, it is an urban park with great views of Pikes Peak, various hiking trails and a horse stable. I used to hike here every week, (when I was in a lot better shape). It is a quiet, well maintained area in the center of town. It is also dog friendly! I was lucky to have such a photogenic area so close to home when I lived there. This photograph is entitled “Palmer Park, midday” and was taken on FujiColor 200. Shot with the Canon Canonet G-III.
